PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call line of small hardware quantity by omitting a wavelength multiplex part and a wavelength separation part in the connection part of an optical path terminal function part and an optical switch function part and connecting them with individual optical signals for respective wavelengths. SOLUTION: A wavelength multiplex part and a wavelength separation part in the connection part of an optical path terminal function part and an optical switch function part are omitted and they are connected by individual optical signals for respective wavelengths. In the call line, the output side of signal conversion parts 12-(N-n+1)1 to 12-(N-n+1)M,..., 12-N1 to 12-NM constituted of an optical reception circuit OR, an optical path terminal circuit OPOH a conventional terminal circuit (SOH and the like, for example) and a optical transmission circuit OS is connected series to the input side of an (M×N) input (M×N) output switch 6. The input side of signal conversion parts 14-(N-n+1)1 to 14-(N-n+1)M,..., 14-N1 to 14-NM and the output side of the (M×N) input (M×N) output switch 6 are directly connected. |
