Building foundation beam support - includes individual arched supports with integral reinforcing rods

Vertical walls (2) are formed with shuttering in an excavation (1) by pouring concrete (3). The pre-cast arched supports (4) have base protruding reinforcing rods (5) which are placed on top of the green concrete. The supports have lateral extending legs (6). The shuttering (2) is removed after the concrete has set. Support beams (7) have a base with protrusions which fit in corresponding grooves (8) in the tops of the arched supports. The floor (9) is then placed on support beams (7). Bricklaying for the wall (10) can then commence.
