PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting/dismounting of a tool holder by inserting a pullstud projected from one end of a tool holder into an insertion hole of a spindle member then moving an engaging ball radially through rotation of an eccentric cam pin and holding the pullstud. CONSTITUTION:A slide tube 5 inserted with a slide member 6 is fitted slidably in a slide hole 3 having a tapered hole 4 at the leading edge while formed in the center of a spindle member 1, then an eccentric cam pin 9 is inserted rotatably while penetrating through them. An insertion hole 7 is formed in the center at the leading edge of the slide member 6 to contain an engaging ball 8. While a pullstud 10 is formed at the base of the tool holder 2 which is inserted into the spindle member 1 to rotate said pin 9 and to push the slide tube 5 by means of an eccentric ring section 9a thus to project the engaging ball 8 radially and to engage with the pullstud 10 to enable holding.
