PURPOSE:To improve quality of distilled liquor, by storing it in a barrel in an atmosphere having specific relative humidity. CONSTITUTION:Distilled liquor (e.g., whiskey, etc.) is put in a barrel, and stored in an atmosphere having <=65%, preferably about 45% relative humidity preferably for >=2 months.
