PURPOSE:To aim at balancing the loads of production lines by providing, in a CPU, a line management table to which the qualities and plate thicknesses of articles by sheet metal work, the dimensions of raw materials and as well the names of machine tools to be used are registered, so that the allocation of production lines is made in accordance with the registered data and data given by work instructions. CONSTITUTION:The material qualties and plate thicknesses of articles by sheet metal work, the dimensions of raw materials and as well the production line names of sheet metal work are registered to a line management table 2 in a CPU1 through a processing section 4 with the use of the system which utilizes input cards 3. Further, for the name of a required production line this line management table 2 is searched through the processing section 4 in accordance with the input cards 3, the data of every production lines are prepared by data preparing sections 6-1 through 6-n on the basis of manufacturing data (data of drilling, cutting, etc.) on a manufacturing data file 5. In accordance with the prepared data every line is managed to carry out a required sheet metal work for obtaining articles by sheet metal work. |
