<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the occurrence of stain in turning the inside of a rubber element out by using a surrounding roller unit consisting of grooved reversible rollers and many collar rolles. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized rubber element 20 sent by a carry-in roller conveyer 18 is directed between a grooved reversible roll 1 turning in the direction of inducing the rubber element 20 and many surrounding collar rollers 6 combined with each other, directionally changed through 180 deg. along the periphery of the grooved reversible roll 1, and sent out. On the outlet, the rubber element ready to go along the circumference of the roll 1 by rejected by the rejecting collar roller 12, separated from the roll 1, guided to a carry-out roller conveyer 19, and over turned there.</p> |
