Title compds. of formula (I) are prepd. by reacting benzotriazine derivs. of formula (IX) with compds. of formula (X). In the formulas, X is O; A, B, D and E are H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, or C1-6 alkoxy; U anv V are H or halogen; R1 is H or C1-6 alkyl; R2 is H, C1-6 alkyl, or C2-6 alkoxyalkyl; R3 is H; W is -COG; G is C1-10 alkoxy; k,l, and m are 0 or 1, k+l+m being 0, 1 or 2; and n is 0, 1, or 2.
