PURPOSE:To attain the switching with high frequency by discharging an electric charge in a capacitor through a small resistance between an emitter and a collector of a transistor (TR) so as to decrease the time required for discharge. CONSTITUTION:A current flowing to a capacitor C is amplified by a TR6, given as a reverse bias current of a main TR2 and the electric charge stored in this capacitor C is discharged through a resistance between the emitter and collector of a TR4 turned on so as to turn on the main TR2. Through the constitution above, the capacitance of the capacitor C is decreased. Then the electric charge stored in this capacitor C is discharged quickly because it is discharged through a small resistance between the emitter and collector of the TR4. Thus, highly frequent switching is attained. |
