PURPOSE:To easily separate a coupling part when maintenance and servicing take place, by a method wherein a socket and spigot joint between a runner blade shaft and a rubber blade is formed in an interference fit manner. CONSTITUTION:When a runner blade 16 is removed from a runner blade shaft 17, a coupling bolt 22 is dismounted, and the rubber blade shaft 17 is half-turned as shown by an arrow mark B. As a result, a pressure oil introducing port 27 is positioned in a space on the intermediate boss 3 side, and can be easily linked to an oil-hydraulic feeder. Through control of the oil-hydraulic feeder, pressure oil is fed through the oil pressure port 27 to a pressure oil introducing chamber 25. A pressure oil in the pressure oil introducing chamber 25 is exerted on the runner blade 16 in the direction of an arrow mark C, the blade 16 is forcibly pushed upward and separated from the rubber blade shaft 17. |
