PURPOSE:To reduce number of components and to simplify connection of wires by connecting and grounding one electrode of capacitors mutually, connecting the other electrode to each opposite electrode of a piezoelectric vibrator respectively and leading out a signal wire from each of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A counter electrode 16 of chip capacitors 14 is used in common and led to an earth wire 18, and electrodes 12, 13 of the piezoelectric vibrating element and an electrode 15 of the chip capacitor are connected in common and extracted as signal wires 20 and 19. Three wires are enough for the connection of the vibrating element device comprising the vibrating element 11 and the capacitors 14 in this way, and the vibrating element device of 3-pin configuration is obtained by connecting the three wires to three pins 18a, 19a, and 20a. The number of components is reduced and the connection of wires is simplified in this way. |
