PURPOSE:To enable raking of a KOJI raw material on a porous plate thoroughly and to make the whole stirring possible, by setting a raking device consisting of strip boards sliding on a porous plate close to a blending machine for raking and stirring the KOJI raw material on the porous plate. CONSTITUTION:A blending machine is made by setting the flat plates 3 in parallel with the revolving shaft 1 to the tips of a large number of the arms 2 equipped radiately on the revolving shaft 1 in a KOJI preparation device, the fixing plate 12 long in the vertical direction is attached to the connecting plate 5 supporting the revolving shaft 1, the shakable and rotatable connecting boards 7 around the pin 9 set at the tip of the fixing plate, and the boards are made slidable on the porous plate 6 placing a KOJI raw material.
