发明名称 VIBRO-ISOLATING STRUCTURE FOR INTERNAL PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in vibration resistance and earthquake-proofness during operation, by installing a contact part, having such a size as making its outer diameter contacting an inner circumference of the large diametral part of a nozzle so as to be equalized to the nozzle's large diametral part inner diameter in time of operating a nuclear power reactor, projectingly on the outer circumference of a sleeve part. CONSTITUTION:An upper end of a sleeve part 8a is joined to a nozzle 6 via a weld part 9, while a ring contact part 12 projectingly installed on a lower end part outer circumference of the sleeve part 8a contacts an inner circumferential surface of the lower end part of the nozzle 6. And, as for relations between the contact part 12 of the sleeve 8a and the nozzle 6, supposing an inner diameter of the nozzle 6 in time of indoor temperature is set down as D1, since the nozzle 6 in time of operating a nuclear power reactor is heated to a temperature of about 180 deg., the inner diameter, as shown in a broken line, extends wide to D2. Therefore, even in such a case, the outer diameter of the contact part 12 is produced to make it equal to D2 so as to cause an internal pump (not shown herein) to be supported with two points of the weld part 9 and the contact part 12. With this constitution, vibration resistance and earthquake-proofness during operation of the reactor are well improved.
