PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable stable production without cracking by fixing tentatively a slider and a magnetic core via Be-Cu stainless foil and melt-sticking the same by heating in the stage of embedding the magnetic core into the slit in the slider and packing the clearance. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 3 having a narrow track and a slider 1 are tentatively fixed by using Be-Cu foil 4 having spring rigidity under 1-2gf spring force in the stage of embedding said core into the slit groove of the slider then the stress generated during cooling after holding under a molding condition of 500 deg.CX30min is absorbed by the spring and the cracking generated with the conventional glass or magnetic core 3 is decreased.
