PURPOSE:To reduce the variation width of a loading/unloading quantity by directly detecting the level of a cargo brimming on a bucket or a cargo in the bucket, calculating the rake-out quantity, and feeding it back to the operation speed such as the bucket elevator rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a bucket 2 is wound up at a fixed speed, detection and permeation is repeated by a sensor 4. In this case, the permeation time T1 and detection time T2 are measured under no load. Then, the bucket 2 rakes out a cargo, and immediately after it is wound up to a vertical condition, the sensor 4 detects the level of the cargo of the bucket 2 and sends its signal to an arithmetic unit 8 through a controller 5, and the signal is calculated together with the signal from a bucket pitch setter 6 and a signal from a bucket height setter 7 to determine the rake-out quantity of the cargo. Next, its signal is compared with a signal from a load quantity setter 9, and if a difference exists, a control signal is outputted to a bucket elevator drive unit to control its operation speed. |
