PURPOSE:To transmit a picture at a high speed by transferring the picture data with switching between a TV camera and a TV monitor device as well as between a frame memory and an AM-PM modulation/demodulation transmission circuit by means of a switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:The charge information of an object photographed by a TV camera 7 is stored in a frame memory 26 with timing control 23 after A/D conversion 24. It is possible to project the data of the memory 26 to a TV monitor device 37 and to send the data of the camera 7 directly to an AM-PM modulation/demodulation transmission circuit C by switching a switch circuit 27. An MPU peripheral circuit part B consists of an MPU33, and POM34 and an PAM 35 and performs the control of the device 37 as well as the picture data processing. The circuit part C contains a D/A converting circuit 29, an MODEM30, a circuit network controller 31, an interface 32, etc. and performs the analog and digital transmissions at a high speed. |
