Diamond powder of 1200-600 mesh, which may or may not be platd with metal of a thickness of 0.1-10μ. An aiding agent of 1200-6000 mesh; and adhesives are mixed, heated, and pressed to manuf. a diamond- wheel grinder. Silicon carbide, alundum, corundum, or silicate are used as the grinding-aiding agent. The diamond powder (50-95 wt.%), aiding agent (0-20 wt.%), and adhesives (5-20 wt.%) are mixed. The diamond-wheel grinder preforms optionally when a diamond powder of 200-5000 mesh and 60-80 wt.% is used.
