PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet in which both storage boxes are correctly positioned and an open space opening forward is simply formed between them, as a result, assembly is simplified, and work efficiency and accuracy can also, be improved. SOLUTION: Two storage boxes 1 are arranged with a space between them, fitting and receiving portions 3 are formed on the mutually opposing sides 2 of the storage boxes 1 behind the space, fitting portions 5 are formed in the two side ends of a rear plate member 4, and are fitted into the fitting and receiving portions 3, the rear plate member 4 is fastened between the storage boxes 1 so that the rear of the space may be closed, and a counter member 6 is installed astride between the two storage boxes 1.
