PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing toilet seat which is highly reliable in terms of functions free of trouble by the defect of flow passage changeover by surely executing the changeover of flow passages. SOLUTION: This hot water washing toilet seat has a change-over valve 3 which changes over the flow passages, a manipulation part 7 which instructs the flow passage changeover of the change-over valve by manually manipulating a manipulation knob 14 and moving a changeover position to another changeover position, a drive section which mechanically transmits the instruction of the flow passage changeover from the manipulation part 7 to the change-over valve 3 by linking the change-over valve 3 and the manipulation part 7 and a washing part 23 which injects the water from the change-over valve 3 to the local part of the human body. The toilet seat described above is provided with a non-holding mechanism which prevents the stoppage of the manipulation of the manipulation part knob 14 between two change-over positions.
