<p>PURPOSE:To realize change of a baggage stand by a required angle in a horizontal plane with simple and cheap structure by rotatably fitting the baggage stand on an endless circulative body and engaging a toothed wheel, provided on the baggage stand, with a linear engagement body provided along the endless circulative body. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of baggage stands 2, equipped with a nearly horizontal loading face 2a for a baggage M, are rotating fitted on a bearing block 5 on a pair of chains 1, driven for circulation in P direction synchronously, by means of a longitudinal axis 3. A toothed wheel 7 is fitted to the baggage stand 2 concentrically with the longitudinal shaft 3. On the other hand, a linear engagement body 8 is fixed in a desired position along a chain 1 in a section of conveyance for the baggage M. Now, when the baggage stand 2 comes to a predetermined position following movement of the chair 1 in P direction, the toothed wheel 7 is engaged with an engagement body 8 and, during this engagement, the stand 2 continues rotating in P direction. Accordingly, the baggage M on the stand 2 can be changed from the first direction by a required angle in a horizontal plane.</p> |
