PURPOSE:To facilitate loading of a workpiece through partitioning, by controlling the transport direction of a loading body each time when the carrying-in of the workpiece is detected, in a loading apparatus for loading in good order a soft workpiece such as cloth, etc. onto the loading body, through suspended state. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is operated, and the operation of the captioned apparatus is started, a motor M1 is started, and a workpiece for which a prescribed work is completed by a cloth pressing machine A through belts 13, 8A, and 8N, is sent and loaded onto the belts 17A and 17B of a loading body D. When the front edge of the cloth as a workpiece on the belts 8A and 8B is detected in this case, by a proper detecting means, the belts 17A and 17B are revolved at the same speed to the belts 8A and 8B by the normal revolution of motors M2A and M2B, and loading the workpiece onto the belts 17A and 17B is carried-out. When the rear edge of the workpiece is detected, the motors M2A and M2B revolve reversely, and the belt 17A and 17B are returned leftward up to the position where a dog engages with switches LM1A and LM1B. |
