PURPOSE:To make it possible to rapidly start a heat transmitting operation, by controlling a heating device in such a manner that a condensed water as a heat medium is stored in a reservoir tank before stoppage of an engine, and the water upon freezing is thawed by an electric heating plug at starting of the engine. CONSTITUTION:At starting of an engine 20, when a level switch 28 is on at a high level of a heat medium in a reservoir tank 3, and a temperature switch 10 is on at a detection temperature less than 0 deg.C, a control unit 17 judges that the heat medium is frozen to conduct thawing by feeding current to an electric heating plug 9. After thawing, when the temperature switch 10 becomes off, current supply to the electric heating plug 9 is stopped, and simultaneously a solenoid valve 12 is opened to feed the water in the tank 3 to an evaporating section 22. After a suitable time, a bypass valve 23 is opened to induce an exhaust gas to the evaporating section 22. Then, a steam as generated is fed through a pipe 18 to a condensing section 2 where heat exchanging is effected, and is condensed to be returned to the evaporating section 22. Thus, it is possible to prevent breakage of the evaporating section, etc., and rapidly start a heat transmitting operation. |
