PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which is freed from the problems of blocking and blooming, by blending a carbon monoxide copolymer, a fatty acid zinc salt, magnesium oxide (hydroxide) and a polyethylene wax with a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending an ethylene/vinyl acetate/ carbon monoxide copolymer (A), an 8C or higher fatty acid zinc salt (B), magnesium oxide (hydroxide) (C) and a polyethylene wax (D) with a vinyl chloride resin (E). Blending of the copolymer A with the resin E brings about advantages that no changes are caused in the rigidity of moldings with time and staining with a liquid plasticizer which are disadvantages associated with conventional vinyl chloride resin compsn. By blending the compd. B and C and the wax D together, the compsn. can be freed from the problems of blocking and blooming.
