PURPOSE:To facilitate the takeout of sheets at a fixed pitch by providing an endless picker belt with stepped projections made of a high-friction material of a predetermined length capable of entering a slit hole on other side of a guide plate with the slit hole supporting one side of stacked sheets. CONSTITUTION:A group of sheets 1 is mounted on a feed bed 2 in an erected condition, a presser plate 5 movably provided on a rail 3 is energized in the direction of a guide plate 6 by an energizing means such as a spring while the group of sheets 1 being pressed to the guide plate 6, and when a drive roller 9 is driven to rotate, stepped projections 8, 8' made of a rubber-series high-friction material are rotated by a picker belt 7 provided at a predetermined pitch. Then, when the projection 8 or 8' enters the slit hole of the guide plate 6 to protrude through the surface of the guide plate 6, the front sheet 1 is applied with a feed- out force and is fed out upward. A duplicated feed of the fed sheet 1 can be prevented by a duplicated feed preventing separator 15. |
