PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, by inserting and connecting a capacitor between the first comparing circuit and the first and second charge and dischrge switches in parallel or in series. CONSTITUTION:An eletrostatic capacity type sensor 8, whose electrostatic capacity is changed in correspondence with the change in physical phenomenon, and a reference capacitor 9 are provided. A first charge and discharge switch 10, a resistor, and a first comparing circuit 14 are connected to the electrostatic capacity type sensor 8. Meanwhile, a second charge and discharge switch 11, a resistor and a second comparing circuit 15 are connected to the reference capacitor 9. A capacitor 26 is inserted and connected between the first comparing circuit 14 and the first and second discharge and discharge switches 10 and 11 in parallel or in series. |
