PURPOSE:To operate the titled laminate at comparatively low voltage, and to reduce noises on the application of voltage at high frequency and the damage of piezoelectric elements by laminating a plurality of the piezoelectric elements through the electrodes of the surfaces and the backs and connecting sections among side-surface electrodes by lead electrodes so that each piezoelectric element is connected electrically in parallel through the electrodes of the surfaces and the backs. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element laminate 1 has structure in which tabular piezoelectric elements 11 are laminated, and its external form has an approximately 15mm. diameter and is appoximately 40mm. long. The electrodes 12 of the surfaces and the backs and the side-surface electrodes 14 of side walls are shaped to the surfaces, backs and one parts of side surfaces of the piezoelectric elements 11 in 5-15 micron thickness by silver paste, and a large number of the piezoelectric elements 11 are joined integrally by the bonding action of the paste, thus forming the laminate 1. The piezoelectric elements 11 are laminated while the direction of the side-surface electrodes 14 is set so that the positions of the side-surface electrodes 14 are arranged at intervals of one element. Silver paste or solder is attached on a mesh 34 in sections 341 in order to reduce the contact resistance of the vertical lines and lateral lines of the mesh 34, and lead wires 4 are drawn out of the section 341. |
