The device for actuating the means (3) for unlocking the time-setting stem of a clockwork movement (4) is mounted in a watch case of one-piece type. It includes in particular a passage (2) made in the back (1) of the case opposite the said unlocking means (3), and a thin elastically deformable plate (6) whose edges are affixed in a waterproof manner to the surface of the back (1) right around the said passage (2). This plate (6) is arranged so as to exert a thrust on the said unlocking means (3) when it is subjected to a pressure directed along the axis of the passage (2) towards the interior of the case. <IMAGE>
