The present invention relates to a method and a device for enriching the atmosphere of greenhouses with pure carbon dioxide. The device according to the invention comprises: - a nozzle in which a fan 7 is placed, which comprises a calibrated orifice 5 placed at the intake 6 of the nozzle to the induction of the fan 7 and a discharge duct 8; - means for regulating the durations of CO2 injection, of ventilation without CO2 and of rest without ventilation or CO2. The present invention applies to the enrichment of greenhouses with pure carbon dioxide.
