The subject of the invention is a bulkhead lead-in grommet for an electrical cable to which it is moulded, comprising an elastic flexible mounting portion 20 equipped with a peripheral groove which receives, in a sealed manner, in the mounted position, the periphery of the opening 18 provided in the bulkhead 16 in such a way that the mounting portion 20 blocks off the opening 18. According to the invention, the flexible mounting portion 20 is prolonged by a rigid insertion portion 30 having a substantially conical profile moulded together with the mounting portion and is stiffened by circumferentially distributed axial ribs.
