PURPOSE:To enable the inspection and training of function dealing with clutter or jamming, by generating clutter and jamming from a false signal generating part at an indicated angle by indicating clutter information and jamming information. CONSTITUTION:A false signal generating part 10 receives the radar test signal 50, a false target signal 51, a clutter generating control signal 52 and a jamming generating control signal 53 from a radar control calculator 1 and receives the trigger signal from an AGC timing processing part 9 while further inputs the antenna angle 47 from a radar driving signal converting part 6 to perform the formation processing of a false target signal and outputs a target video signal 55, a clutter video signal 56 and a jamming signal 57 to a false PF generating part. The signal receiving mixing in the false RF generating part 14 is outputted to a radar signal processing part 3 as a signal actually received from the target.
