PURPOSE:To perform stepless control of a cooler and improve the operation efficiency, by a method wherein rotation speed of a cooling pump and a cooling fan is automatically controlled separately on the basis of power flow and oil temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a power flow detecting display circuit 21, value detected by a power flow sensor 6 is displayed to a power flow level indicator 22 and transmitted to a cooling pump rotation speed control circuit 23. Cooling pump rotation ratio is calculated from inputted detecting value on the basis of maximum set value, minimum set value and minimum rotation ratio, and control signal corresponding to the rotation ratio is transmitted to an inverter 5 for a cooling pump. In an oil temperature detecting display circuit 27, value detected by an oil temperature sensor 9 is displayed to an oil temperature level disply 28 and transmitted to a cooling fan rotation speed control circuit 29. In this constitution, the cooling fan rotation ratio is calculated from the inputted detecting value on the basis of maximum set value, minimum set value and minimum rotatio, and control signal corresponding to the rotation ratio is transmitted to the inerter for the cooling fan.
