PURPOSE:To enable the prevention of the back flow of ink in depression grooves without using a sealing agent and to facilitate the electric contact of connecting parts, by a construction wherein the depression grooves extending toward the rear ends of first electrodes end apart some distance from the edge of a dielectric supporting base material, and a porous body and a second electrode are provided so that they cover the connecting parts of the rear end sides of the first electrodes and outgoing electrodes for feeding. CONSTITUTION:Depression grooves 16 on a supporting base board 10, in which first electrodes 20 are held, are extended from the front ends 21 of the first electrodes 20 toward the opposite side and ended apart some distance from the edge of the supporting board 10. Outgoing electrodes 22 for feeding on the surface 11 of the supporting base board, which are provided opposite to the front ends 21, are connected to the first electrodes 20 held in the depression grooves 16. A second electrode 50 is provided on the surface 11 of the supporting base board so that it covers connecting parts 17, and it presses and fixes a porous film 40. By this construction, the back flow of liquid ink concentrating on gaps 30 of the grooves can be prevented without sealing. |
