PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and the size of a device and to enable transmission of a high torque, by a method wherein a magnet coupling is formed by the use of a yoke having an amorphous film wound plural times and stuck and cured by means of a curing adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An externally-rolling rotor 3, provided with an outer magnet 2 with plural poles on the inner periphery of an externally-rolling yoke 1, is extended from a turbine. An internally-rolling rotor 6 provided with an inner magnet 5 with plural poles, corresponding to the outer magnet 2, which is mounted or the outer periphery of an internally-rolling yoke 4 disposed in a hollow part in the center of the axis of the externally-rolling yoke 1, is extended from an He compressor. Further, the externally-rolling yoke 1 and the internally-rolling yoke 4 are formed such that an amorphous film, of, for example, Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy formed in the shape of a thin tape, is wound plural times and cured. |
