PURPOSE:To prevent wearing of a ball screw or the like inside a device so as to improve durability and reliability of the device, by providing a damping mechanism, which has spring members absorbing rapid fine displacement, in a vibro- isolating device suppressing the displacement of high acceleration of piping or the like in a chemical plant. CONSTITUTION:Adjusting screws 21, 22 are provided respectively between a protective cylinder 6 and a connecting fixture 3 and a cylindrical member 2 and the connecting fixture 3, while a ring spring comprising an outer ring spring 23 and an inner ring spring 24 is interposed between a stopper 21a of the outside adjusting screw 21 and a stopper 6a of the protective cylinder 6 and a stopper 22a of the inside adjusting screw 22 and a stopper 2a of the cylindrical member 2. When rapid further fine displacement is caused such as vibration of a pump when it is operated, this displacement is transmitted from the connecting fixture 3 to the adjusting screw 21 and the protective cylinder 6 further to the outer ring spring 23. In this way, the outer ring spring 23 compresses the inner ring spring 24, and the displacement is damped by extending and contracting the both springs 23, 24. Accordingly, wearing is prevented by eliminating the relative displacement between a nut unit 7 and a ball screw 11. |
