PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, to realize a safe work and to save labor in case of forming a disk, by executing operations of a supplying means of a raw material, and a reducing and discharging means so as to be related to each other. CONSTITUTION:A raw material W is shifted to a prescribed position by a carrying-in conveyor 70 of a carrying-in means 2. The raw material W is attracted by a magnet by operating a loader 72 and supplied to a centering part 71. The raw material W of the centering part 71 is raised to a prescribed position by operating a raw material supplying means 3, turned, and fed toward a working machine 1 side. The raw material W is inserted and held by a pressing member 15 attached to a saddle 14, and a female die 12, formed roughly by a forming roll 16 by turning a main shaft 11, and thereafter, reduced to a prescribed shape along the female die 12 by a finish forming roll 17. A product member is made to arrive onto a discharging conveyor in a state that it is pressed, and inserted and held by an operation of a knockout member 55, and the member is discharged outside. |
