PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the function of a filter plate by extremely simple processing means by a method wherein masking bodies for elimination of clearances are protruded on the own filter plate. CONSTITUTION:Masking bodies 10, 11 provided on a filter plate 3A are arranged to surround a front opening 2 of an air conditioner main body 1 from the outer side of the front opening, as shown by the chain lines in figure, in the manner that the filter plate 3A is interposed between both sides supporting plates 4, 5 of the air conditioner main body 1. Thereby, by the obstructing action against the air flow from the side of the front opening 2 due to said structure, the air does not pass through the mesh part of the filter plate 3A, what is called, the air passing through each clearance 7, 8 and 9 is reduced in adequate ratio, consequently, the original function of the filter 3A can be achieved sufficiently. |
