PURPOSE:To combust efficiently by driving in one of mixed gas equipment so that the flow rate change of a passing by-product gas may take the shape of ramp, and applying essentially the control of a ratio control valve to the remaining equipment. CONSTITUTION:A mixed gas supply and demand equipment consists of >=2 series of mixed gas manufacturing equipment 1 and >=2 mixed gas consuming equipment 2. The ratio control valve 9 of each mixed gas manufacturing equipment 1 is driven by a valve operating output signal 10 which is previously set so that the flow rate change of a single component gas B to be mixed with the elapse of time from the control start may take the shape of ramp at the start of mixed gas control or after the mixed gas control in one of the mixed gas manufacturing equipment 1, and the ratio control valve 9 is driven by a signal 10' of the product of the flow rate ratio of the flow rate of a single component gas A in the remaining equipment 1 and the flow rate of the single component gas A in one of the mixed gas manufacturing equipment 1 and the valve operating output signal 10 in the equipment 1. |
