PURPOSE:To reduce fatigue due to operation by providing a holder containing a housing chamber, a motor pump, and an exhaust valve to a main body. CONSTITUTION:A holder 2 is provided to the front end of a main body 1 and a grip 20 is provided to the hind part of the main body 1, and a pump 3 and a motor 7 for driving the pump are provided in said hind part. A connecting port 35 at the hind end of a bellow shaped hollow body 5 housed in said hind end section of the holder 2 is connected to the discharge port 32 of the pump 3 with a feed pipe 34. An exhaust gas pipe 38 is branched from the midway of the feed pipe 34 and the top end of the exhaust gas pipe 38 is connected to an exhaust gas valve 4 which is opened or closed by a switch lever 24. A microswitch 26 is provided above the exhaust gas valve 4 for controlling the motor 7.
