PURPOSE:To reduce the weights of a rotor and a spinner by a method wherein a blade fixing plate is provided at the outer periphery of a rotary plate fixed to the output shaft of a motor and a plurality of rib plates are provided at the inside of the blade fixing plate while a curved plate section, at the tip end of the blade fixing plate, is blocked. CONSTITUTION:The blade fixing plate 26 is arranged so as to neighbor to the outer periphery of a rotary plate 25 fixed to the motor 20 and the rear end thereof is formed with a curved section 26a having a smooth curvature. A flat section 26b, connected to the curved section 26a, is provided integrally with respective blades 27 and the inside thereof is provided with a plurality of rib plates 28. The blade fixing plate 26 is provided with a blocking disc 30 so as to close an opening part 29 formed by the assembly of the curved plate setion 26a in the circumferential direction thereof and thereby forming a spinner section.
