<p>PURPOSE:To accurately form the thickness, flatness and dimensional accuracy of a flat coil to be manufactured by pressing a movable plate to a stationary flange, and winding a wire between the flange and the plate. CONSTITUTION:A movable plate 14 and a movable flange 9 are displaced toward a spring clamping pin 10 side aginst the tension of a spring 12 to separate a stationary flange 8 and the plate 14, and the end of a lead 15 is inserted from the separated space. Then, the plate 14 and the flange 9 are moved by the tension of the spring 12 to interposed the lead 15 between the flange 8 and the plate 14, a shaft 4 is rotated by a handle 6, and the lead 15 is wound between pin members 13 and 13 while drawing from the tapered parts 8a, 14a of the flange 8 and the plate 14.</p> |
