PURPOSE:To control the heating and finishing of provisions so that they are heated and finished uniformly and constantly by detecting, when inconsistencies in the zero balance output of an AH sensor in the high temperature atmosphere are generated, the inconsistent state thereby to automatically compensate for the detection level of the AH sensor. CONSTITUTION:When the heating of provision is started, output voltage A2 of the AH sensor 11 is successively measured (S14), and K.A20 which is the product of the detection constant K and the initial voltage A20 is compared (S15) with A2. As a result of the comparison, when A2 becomes equal to K.A2, a ''Low'' signal which turns OFF a magnetron 26 is outputted (S16) to a transistor 23 and heating cooking of the provisions 5 is completed. In this manner, the inconsistencies of the zero balance output characteristic of the AH sensor are detected, and it is possible to automatically correct the detection level. |
