摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the cost of a burner and to input the detection circuit without applying a high voltage thereby to improve the maintenance of the preformance and the safety of the burner by imparting a function for detecting a flame in the structure of a gas cooking stove. CONSTITUTION:A gasified fuel 1 is discharged out of a nozzle 4 through an electromagnetic valve 2 and a pipeline 3, and passed through a gas passage 7 and ignited at a burner port 8 thereby to form flames 9. The tip end of a trivet 12 is covered by flames 9. Components of the gasified fuel 1 and ionization ions responsive to the combustion temperature are generated in the flames 9. Based thereon is generated a voltage between a main burner body 6 and the trivet 12. The voltage as a flame signal is supplied to the flame voltage detection circuit 16 of a control circuit 11. By this signal, a valve driving circuit 17 is actuated to hold the electromagnetic valve 2 at an open state. When the flames 9 are put out for some reasons or other, the flame signal vanishes, and the electromagnetic valve 2 is closed to interrupt the gasified fuel and to prevent discharge of raw gas.
