PURPOSE:To perform fine comparison and evaluation by using a standard sample formed by embedding plural wire materials which differ in acoustic impedance and external diameter in a ceramic sintered compact to evaluate the result of ultrasonic flaw detection. CONSTITUTION:A defect in the ceramic sintered compact is detected by ultrasonic flaw detection. Then, wire materials A-E which has acoustic impedance from the ceramic sintered compact 1 of similar quality with the ceramic sintered compact to be measured and differ in acoustic impedance and external diameter are embedded in the ceramic sintered compact 1 to form the standard sample, which is used to evaluate the result of the detection. |
