PURPOSE:To obtain comparatively large energy stably with a low cost by a method wherein a rotary shaft, equipped with a plurality of blades, is permitted to ascent and descend under rotating in a predetermined route in accordance with the up-and-down movement of water level. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shafts 2, 21 are attached to both sides of a cylinder 1 and a plurality of blades 14, 141 are attached radially to the peripheral surface of the cylinder while such structure is installed so as to be capable of rotating under floating on the stream of flow path of river water, sea water or the like. Symmetrical and opposing pillars 3, 31 are provided so that the rotary shafts 2, 21 are permitted to ascend and descend under rotating in a predetermined route in accordance with the up-and-down motions of the water level. A shaft 6 is arranged near the upper ends of the pillar bodies and the rotary shafts 2, 21 are supported rotatably through left and right rotary arms 7, 71 and bearings 8, 81 so that the cylinder 1 may be rotated under being kept in horizontal substantially. |
