PURPOSE:To prevent destruction of memory information by detecting that temperature near a memory cassette exceeds a prescribed value and stopping a memory device. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble memory device 5 made by unifying a magnetic bubble memory element, a rotating field generating coil which drives said element, a pair of permanent magnet plates that give bias magnetic field to the memory element and a magnetic adjusting plate are provided in a case 13 made of synthetic resin. Further, a temperature detector consisting of a thermistor 16 and a posistor 17 is provided in the case 13 to stop the device 5 when ambient temperature of the device 5 is out of prescribed range. |
