PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make proper the speed of feeding a work W by a carry-in device 19 and a product carry-out speed for carrying out the sheared product. SOLUTION: The carry-in speed of the carry-in device 19 for the work W provided on a shearing machine and the cutting speed are previously set as a preset value of the shearing machine. The back gauge dimension as a shearing length, the carry-out speed of the sheared product WA and a pause time for stopping in every cutting are set for the work by a user. A control part 67 judges whether the sheared product WA is properly carried out or not according to the above preset values, and the carry-in speed is controlled so that the next sheared product WA does not overlap in the course of carrying out the sheared product WA so as to properly carry out the product WA.
