Self-regulating irrigation sluice with perpendicular, symmetric rotary segments

This sluice was conceived for maintaining an optimum operating level in the irrigation channels. The sluice automatically regulates the level and flow quantities as a function of the water consumption through the use of the optimum operating level downstream. This sluice uses no electric, thermal or human energy but only the difference in level during operation.
