PURPOSE:To remove easily an excess adhesive, by filling a thermosetting adhesive in mutual superposed parts of jointed parts of a car body panel, semicuring the excess adhesive part protruding from the superposed parts by blowing hot air, and scraping the adhesive with a scraping means. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting adhesive 14 is filled in mutual superposed parts of jointed parts 12 and 13 of a car body panel, and the excess adhesive part (14a') protruding from the superposed parts (13a) and (12b) is semicured one after another by applying a flat blowing part (7c) of a hot air discharging nozzle 6 thereto and moving the flat blowing part (7c) in the direction of arrow (A) while blowing the hot air thereon. On the other hand, the semicured part (14b') is cut from the adhesive layer (14') by the blade part (10b) of a scraper 10 according to the movement of the hot air discharging nozzle 6, and scraped off from above the panel 13. EFFECT:There is no trouble due to solvents as solvents are not used. |
