PURPOSE:To attain excellent acoustic reproduction by forming a part extending from a center opening of a diaphragm to a prescribed height in the same curvature and fitting a dust cap to a prescribed position within the height so as to adhere uniformly the dust cap. CONSTITUTION:A cone shaped diaphragm 14 is formed so as to have the same curvature from the central opening fitted with a voice coil to the prescribed height H (diameter D). Further, the part up to an external circumference part being a fitting part of a frame 17 is formed to have a different curvature. The dust cap 16 is fitted to a prescribed position within the height H by means of an adhesive or the like. In fitting the dust cap 16 to the diaphragm 14 formed in this way, the dust cap 16 is adhered with the diaphragm 14 without gap by fixing the dust cap 16 with the adhesive at a position within the height H. The diaphragm 14 attains excellently acoustic reproduction without causing the leakage of air or vibration. |
