PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a device and to facilitate the replacement of a controller by making a connection between the controller and an operating device and thus performing switching without using any external switching device. CONSTITUTION:When the controller 1 and an operation terminal 4 are connected and the controller 1 supplies an analog output to the operation terminal 4 normally, a connecting device 6 is released to charge a capacitor 13 with the input to an input terminal 9, and signals are applied from output terminals 17 and 18 to terminals 31 and 32 through an operational amplifier 11 and a transistor (TR) 14. When the controller 1 is replaced, the emitter signal of the TR14 is returned from a signal terminal 21 to the output terminal 18 through the device 6 and the signal terminal 22 of the analog outut part 8 of the operating device 5 to prevent transmission to the terminals 31 and 32. Then the signal from the input terminal 10 of the device 5 is applied to output terminals 19 and 20 through an operational amplifier 12 and the TR15 and supplied to the terminals 31 and 32 through the device 6.
