PURPOSE:An aerosol product, obtained by adding a specific amount of a liquid polyhydric alcohol as a stabilizer to the contents containing ''Halon'', stable sufficiently to mixing of a small amount of water without deteriorating characteristics of low flammability and low toxicity, and useful for fire extinguishers, etc. CONSTITUTION:An aerosol product obtained by adding 0.01-12pts.wt. liquid polyhydric alcohol, preferably glycerol and/or ethylene glycol, as a stabilizer to 100pts.wt. contents containing usually 5-100wt% ''Halon'', e.g. dibromotetrafluoroethane, and further a propellant, insecticidally active constituent, etc.
